I have acted as counsel and co-counsel in national and international commercial litigations and arbitrations, including investment arbitrations. Clients have sought me as party appointed arbitrator, arbitrator and chairman in domestic and international ad hoc arbitrations. The arbitration courts, such as ICC, SCC (the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce), the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Milan have appointed me as arbitrator in arbitrations under various set of rules including the ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.
I bring to the arbitrations not only my technical skills in the matter of law, but significant experience from and with several foreign jurisdictions and cultures.
